"Some day the medical profession will wake up and realize that unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses.

When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools
....
as it is for me."

EFT For Teachers

Dear Teachers and Educators,

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a natural healing aid that can effectively resolve emotional, physical, and mental distress, often within minutes. Could you use this tool in your classroom?

Educators around the world are learning how to implement this powerful technique for themselves and with their students. Easy to learn and easy to apply, EFT is effective for people of all ages. Children love it!

Just a few of the many ways EFT can help in the classroom:

  • Alleviates mental and emotional stress
  • Relieves test and math anxiety
  • Improves academic performance and test scores
  • Provides healing from traumas
  • Helps students of all ages overcome learning fears and phobias
  • Alleviates most chronic pain
  • Calms hyperactive and autistic children
  • Enhances sports performance
  • Helps overcome speech impediments
  • Alleviates typical negative emotions like frustration and anger

Beginning Level Workshop with Kathryn Karjala, Certified EFT Practitioner, provides an introduction to this unique version of acupuncture without the needles. Instead, you tap on specific energy meridian points on your body with your fingertips. In this workshop you'll learn the basics of EFT and how to quickly alleviate stress and anxiety for your personal and classroom use. The workshop is fun, interesting, and enlightening. You will leave knowing how to confidently use EFT for yourself and how to teach it to your students. No previous EFT experience is necessary.

This training provides 8 renewal credits for Montana teachers.

P.S.S. The following articles relate just a few of the benefits of EFT that other educators and students have experienced:

EFT alleviates all forms of anxiety in children
Patsy Anthony says, "EFT has helped children suffering from test anxiety, separation anxiety, social difficulties, anger, frustration, guilt, fears, aches and pains, lying, stealing, dyslexia and ADHD. It is an especially effective tool for enabling children, especially those who are perfectionists, to stop beating themselves up for making mistakes. EFT alleviates anxiety better than any other technique I have ever seen used in schools."  http://www.emofree.com/Children/classroom-eft-patsy.htm

EFT as teaching tool

"I realized again what a wonderful teaching tool EFT is. Not only does it help children relieve their anxieties and help to improve their test scores, it can also enlighten me as to when my students are having difficulty understanding concepts or when they're feeling frustrated. Often the children who are the least vocal are the ones who experience the most anxiety, and tapping is a polite way for them to make me aware that they need some assistance or compassion."  http://www.emofree.com/Performance/school-math-anxiety-patsy.htm

EFT helps with dyslexia

Dyslexia vanishes and with it go other issues.  Leon Jay, from New Zealand, gives us many creative details behind his use of EFT to help a 12 year old dyslexic boy. Please note how Leon uncovers the various aspects to the dyslexia and then proceeds to efficiently collapse them. Also note how the boy's behavior and school performance both improved after the EFT sessions. These positive "side effects" often happen.  http://www.emofree.com/Dyslexia/dyslexia-more.htm

School counselor says EFT improves test scores

"Nine of the ten students who participated in the TAKS Academy passed the TAKS, and the tenth made significant improvement, although not enough to pass the test. Of the 6 students who chose not to participate, 4 passed and 2 failed. I think that's significant. Beyond that, though, the students who learned and used EFT developed a new self-confidence and self-empowerment. All of them said that they would continue to use EFT in the future.  After 10 years of being a school counselor and feeling like I was putting band-aids on major wounds, I finally, with EFT, have something to offer these children that will not only help in the ‘here and now,’ but will be something they can use for the rest of their lives to create the lives they deserve."  http://www.emofree.com/Performance/math-scores-blossoming.htm

EFT helps adult during medical school exams

"This year I used EFT before and during (when needed) the exams.  I had almost NO test anxiety whatsoever and the little bit that I DID have was fairly easily tapped away. I no longer ran out of time. Instead, I finished the 2-hour exams in 30-45 minutes (ALL of them)! And like I said, my grades shot way up. The real challenge was the board exam, though--350 questions in 7 hours. Again, I tapped before and during the exam, and I was so relaxed while I was taking it that it was almost freaky. My classmates looked haggard and stressed, but I looked and felt rested. I finished the exam 2 hours early and got a great score!"  http://www.emofree.com/panic-anxiety/medicalschool.htm
